• Provide support to players via email.
• Handle player inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve account-related issues.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Follow established processes and quality standards.

Requirements

• Fluent German.
• Fluent English.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Good computer literacy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• EU work authorization required.
