Your Role:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat

• Handle inquiries about the company's products, services, and policies

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure service excellence

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems

What You Bring:

• Fluency in Slovak (C2/native) and strong command of English (B2+)

• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

• Basic technical proficiency and a willingness to learn

• Availability to work on-site in Sofia
