YOUR ROLE JOIN OUR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY SUPPORT TEAM

We're expanding our operations in Europe, and our Porto-based team supports an industry leader in automotive warranties. Our mission? To extend high-level warranty and maintenance contract support to clients across multiple European markets, including Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Czech Republic, and more, coming soon.

As part of our Extended Warranty Management (EWM) team, you'll handle contract-related requests and help ensure the proper management of vehicle repairs and coverage authorizations. You will be working from our modern Porto office with the flexibility of hybrid work.

YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

  • Managing and reviewing repair requests in accordance with coverage terms
  • Assessing eligibility and processing claims
  • Communicating with relevant departments via phone
  • Analyzing applications and assessing insurability and financial risk
  • Issuing decisions to customers and business partners
  • Performing administrative follow-up on all processed cases

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Background in Business Administration, Insurance, Banking, or Public Administration
  • Automotive industry knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong command of IT tools and digital platforms
  • Excellent communication skills,  written and verbal
  • Commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Fluent in German (C1-C2) and proficient in written English
  • At least 6 months of experience in a back-office environment
