Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, youll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction across Europe by:

  • Responding to customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding orders, subscriptions, invoices, and general service questions.

  • Ensuring timely, high-quality resolution of inquiries and delivering a first-class customer experience.

  • Proactively following up on open issues and coordinating with internal departments for swift resolution.

  • Representing the company with professionalism, care, and tech-savvy efficiency.

Schedule & Duration

  • Contract Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension based on performance)

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (bank holidays included)
    • Shift 1: 07:00 AM 04:00 PM

    • Shift 2: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM

  • Weekends off!

Your Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: 900 EUR gross/month

  • Monthly Bonus: 100 EUR gross based on performance

  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR net per working day

  • Transport Allowance: 20 EUR /month


Your Profile

  • Fluency in French (C2) spoken and written

  • Proficient English (B2) for internal communication

  • Prior experience in customer service or tech support is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn about cloud-based services
