Your Mission:

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be the voice of some of the world's most innovative digital products, supporting users across Google Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies.

You'll handle:

• Thoughtful and effective communication with users via phone, chat, and email
• Account-related questions, billing clarifications, and non-technical troubleshooting
• Delivering a customer-first experience that reflects our commitment to service excellence

What We Offer:

Base Salary: 2,800 BGN/month 
Training: Fully paid, onsite training for 2 weeks to set you up for success
