Multilingual Technical Support Advisor

Location: A Coruña (On-site), Galicia (Hybrid after 67 months), or Remote (Only for candidates outside Galicia mainland)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday (39h/week)

We are looking for Technical Support Advisors to join a high-impact team supporting a world-renowned software development company. In this role, you'll provide critical technical assistance on leading technologies including Microsoft 365, Cloud Services, SharePoint, Outlook, Exchange, and more.

What You'll Bring:

• Fluency in English (C1/C2), this is your primary support language.

• Proficiency in one additional European language: Italian or Polish or German

• Hands-on experience in IT Support or Cloud Technologies (Office 365, Outlook, SharePoint, Exchange, Lync Server, Windows, etc.).

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• A customer-first mindset, with the ability to show empathy and professionalism in every interaction.

• Formal training or certifications in IT (a plus, not mandatory).

Please note: General customer service experience is not considered relevant.  We are looking for candidates with prior IT support experience.
