We are hiring French-speaking Content Moderators for a leading international social media platform (confidential client) in Lisbon. In this impactful role, youll be the gatekeeper of digital spaces, ensuring community safety and content compliance while protecting user experience.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Content Moderator, youll be reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to ensure alignment with platform guidelines. This includes:

• Validating and investigating content in line with internal policies.

• Reviewing sensitive media including nudity, pornography, violence, human trafficking, drug use, bullying, and similar.

• Acting swiftly and mindfully to flag, escalate, or remove content that violates terms.

• Maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and speed with open-mindedness and resilience.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking candidates who bring a sharp eye, a strong heart, and a cool head:

• Fluent in French (C2 level) both written and spoken.

• Intermediate English (B2 level) to communicate with the team and internal tools.
• Content moderation experience is a plus, but not mandatory we value potential and mindset.
• Analytical & logical thinking, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with psychological resilience and professionalism.
• A calm, focused attitude under pressure and shift rotations.

Work Hours & Location

• On-site in Porto Salvo, Lisbon a dynamic tech hub just outside the city.
• Monday to Friday | 07:00 22:00 | Rotative shifts
• Weekends off to recharge and restore.
