Your Role at a Glance:

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll be a trusted advisor supporting users across popular Google products including the Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting users with non-technical issues such as billing, account management, and digital purchases
• Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

What Youll Get:

Monthly Base Salary: 2,800 BGN Competitive for the local market
Paid Training: 3-week onsite training designed to set you up for success

️ Relocation Package to Set You Up Smoothly:

• Monthly Rental Allowance: 300 BGN every month during your contract helping you cover housing costs in Sofia (average rent starts from 250-400 EUR)
• ️ Flight Reimbursement: 150 BGN, reimbursed on arrival or with your first paycheck
• ️ Housing Support: Real estate administrative assistance to help you find a comfortable place to live stress-free
