About the Project

You will support one of the world's leading online travel platforms, helping customers with accommodation bookings, travel-related questions, and online reservation support across international markets.

The project operates globally across:

• 220+ countries and territories
• 55 international flight markets
• 1,300+ cities offering tours and activities

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Assist customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, and online support channels
• Help travelers with booking-related questions and account support
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Resolve routine issues efficiently and accurately
• Ensure high customer satisfaction while following company procedures
• Maintain a positive and solution-oriented attitude in every interaction

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2)
• English level B2 or higher
• Previous Customer Service experience is a plus
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, or online booking is highly valued
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

Remote Work Requirements

• Residence in Continental Portugal
• Stable internet connection
• Quiet and professional workspace at home

Salary & Benefits

Competitive Compensation Package

• Base Salary: 1,100€ gross/month
• Attendance Bonus: 100€ gross/month (paid over 11 months)
• Meal Allowance: 7.63€ net per working day

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Between 07:30 and 17:00
