About the Role

Join a fast-growing live digital entertainment studio and start an international career in a modern broadcast environment. As a Live Studio Host, you will be the on-camera representative of an interactive online experience enjoyed by players worldwide.

No previous experience is required. You will receive fully paid training, professional coaching, and continuous support to help you build confidence, presentation skills, and a strong on-camera presence.

This opportunity is especially suitable for Ukrainian candidates who speak Russian and are open to relocating to Romania for a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and present live sessions from a professional broadcast studio

• Engage with an international audience in a clear, friendly, and professional manner

• Deliver a consistent, high-quality on-camera experience

• Follow game procedures while maintaining a natural presentation style

• Stay focused, accurate, and composed during live broadcasts

• Contribute to a positive and energetic studio atmosphere

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory:

• Native-level Russian and working knowledge of English

• High School Diploma

• Valid passport and readiness to relocate to Bucharest

• Availability for rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)

• Ability to remain calm, precise, and professional under pressure

Salary & Bonuses (NET)

• First 9 months: 4,124 RON (~828 EUR)

• After 9 months: 5,022 RON (~1,008 EUR)
  Performance bonus after probation: up to 3,000 RON (~609 EUR)

• +25% for night shifts

• +10% for weekend shifts

Relocation & Visa Support (for Non-Romanian Citizens)

For candidates who do not hold Romanian citizenship, the company provides full support with visa and work permit processing.

A full relocation package is included:

• Shared accommodation in a 2-bedroom apartment

• Utilities fully covered

• Flight ticket from the candidates home country to Bucharest

Working Schedule

• 3 rotating shifts (monthly rotation)

• 5 working days / 2 days off

• Shifts may include weekends and public holidays

• Structured breaks during shifts
