Your Role

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, or phone.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed.

  • Help users navigate and optimize the platform to its full potential.

  • Use your SQL knowledge to perform data checks, basic queries, and troubleshoot system-related issues.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support quality and product performance.

  • Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction standards.

What Were Looking For

  • Native-level French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Intermediate English (B2 level) for collaboration with global teams.

  • SQL knowledge is required.

  • Tech-savvy and passionate about SaaS or financial technology.

  • Strong analytical thinking and customer-oriented mindset.

  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.

Compensation & Perks

For Local Candidates: 1,251.84 EUR gross/month
