Your Role
Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, or phone.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed.
Help users navigate and optimize the platform to its full potential.
Use your SQL knowledge to perform data checks, basic queries, and troubleshoot system-related issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support quality and product performance.
Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction standards.
What Were Looking For
Native-level French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate English (B2 level) for collaboration with global teams.
SQL knowledge is required.
Tech-savvy and passionate about SaaS or financial technology.
Strong analytical thinking and customer-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
Compensation & Perks
For Local Candidates: 1,251.84 EUR gross/month
