As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist, youll be part of an energetic, multicultural team that helps travelers book, modify, and enjoy their trips smoothly. Whether you choose to work remotely from anywhere in Lithuania or from our Vilnius office, youll play a key role in ensuring every journey starts stress-free.


What Youll Be Doing

Your mission: deliver top-tier customer care across all travel touchpoints.

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing a seamless and friendly experience.

  • Handle bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for air and rail travel, hotel reservations, and other services.

  • Find practical and personalized solutions to ensure smooth travel experiences.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and process efficiency.


What Were Looking For

  • Fluency in Danish (native or C1/C2 level)

  • Strong English skills (B2) – written and verbal communication

  • A flexible, dynamic, and customer-focused mindset

  • Great communication and problem-solving skills

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
