The Role: Sales Specialist with French
As a Sales Specialist, youll play a key role in driving revenue growth for our clients through end-to-end B2B sales engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, digital transformation, and customer success.
What youll do:
Manage inbound and outbound sales interactions via phone, email, video, and social media.
Identify new business opportunities and map key decision-makers using tools like Sales Navigator.
Follow structured sales cadences and meet response-time SLAs.
Manage and progress your sales pipeline with a focus on conversions.
Record all customer interactions in Salesforce CRM.
Qualify leads and handover to onboarding teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Track and report on daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs to achieve sales targets.
Your Profile
Native-level proficiency in French (mandatory) and English.
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (mandatory).
Prior sales experience in tech or advertising sales is a plus.
Strong ability to sell competitively and close deals.
Excellent communication & presentation skills – simplify complex ideas into clear value propositions.
Self-driven with strong time management and independence.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
Knowledge of digital advertising is a strong advantage.

€1,840.65 gross monthly salary
€1,022.58 quarterly bonus
