About the Role

Join an international finance team in Porto and take ownership of end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations while supporting process excellence, compliance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end O2C activities (billing, collections, cash application, disputes).
• Review AR aging and drive collection strategies.
• Resolve escalated customer and stakeholder issues.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5-7 years of experience in O2C, AR, or Finance Operations.
• Minimum 2 years of team lead/supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Workday).
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes and financial controls.
• Fluent French and advanced English (C1).
• EU work authorization, EU passport, or valid work permit required.
