Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with scheduling appointments for maintenance and repairs
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document and communicate them to the service technicians
  • Provide estimates for service costs and time needed for repairs
  • Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after service is completed and addressing any issues that may arises
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and timely completion of repairs
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and service history

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years' Service Advisor experience in the automotive or heavy-duty industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in computer systems and software
