Branch Service Manager

Boggs Recruiting is a recruiting agency specializing in the heavy-duty parts, service and sales industry. We are currently seeking a Branch Manager for one of our customers for a full-time position in Houma, LA

This is an idea position for someone who has strong leadership skills with the ability to work in tactically whilst having the strategic mindset to grow the Branch.  You will be leading technician, parts counter and admin plus taking ownership for the building.  The company focuses is around their employees and their customers.  There employees are treated as family resulting in a very low staff turnover and a culture of passion for their work. 

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, and motivate Technicians
• Manage a facility
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Parts procurement and sales
• Parts and Service sales

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Experience in a leadership role within the parts, service a sales industry (Heavy-duty preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
