Showroom Manager

Festivibe, the fastest-growing Bridal, Party & Luxury clothing Brand, is looking for a "Showroom Manager" for Showroom to join our expanding team based in Gulshan, Dhaka, who will be responsible for maintaining overall showroom ambience, sales, and accounts properly, leading team, contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, dealing with clients efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure store standards are maintained (i.e. overall presentation of Showroom, marketing, cleanliness, appropriate inventory levels, backroom organization and cleanliness, safety etc.) in accordance with Company operating policies and procedures and for maximum sales impact.
• Managing sales accounts and generating sales reports.
• Act with integrity and trust, modelling behaviour that respects our employees, peers, and customers according to the core values of our Company.
• Responsible for inventory management, ensuring that they are executed in a timely and accurate manner throughout the year
• Actively involved in developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Develop and maintain a sales and marketing plan for the Showroom, including showroom events
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, address online sales, report it to the production team and resolve customer complaints.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
• Drive store Sales & promotions
• Build Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty
• Establish and maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times.

Are you talented with such traits?

• At least 2 years experience in the relevant industry, mainly in Fashion & clothing industry.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• Entrepreneurial mindset to work in multiple sections of the Company
• Leadership Skill to manage multiple teams.
• Store Management Skill
• Good at accounts for Daily & Monthly sales reporting
• Excellent identification of key causes

Salary and Other Benefits:

1. Salary would be 25000-35000 taka (Depending on the Applicants' qualification & Experience).
