Position Title: Talent Consultant – Healthcare (Sourcing)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (2–3x work on-site per week)
Salary: Php 40,000 – Php 45,000
Holiday: AU – NSW Holidays
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Consultant – Healthcare (Sourcing) to support recruitment efforts by identifying, engaging, and building a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals. This role focuses on sourcing high-quality candidates, ensuring a steady flow of talent aligned with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management
Source and identify qualified healthcare candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and databases
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Conduct initial resume screening based on job requirements and qualifications Candidate Engagement
- Reach out to potential candidates and assess interest, availability, and fit
Maintain consistent communication to keep candidates engaged throughout the process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the sourcing stage Database & CRM Management
Update and maintain candidate records in the ATS/CRM system
- Ensure accurate documentation of candidate profiles, notes, and sourcing activities Collaboration
Work closely with recruiters and account managers to understand role requirements
- Provide insights on candidate availability, market trends, and sourcing challenges Administrative Support
Assist in scheduling initial interviews when needed
- Prepare sourcing reports and track pipeline progress
Qualifications
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in the BPO / Offshoring industry
- Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of candidate screening and profiling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems is an advantage Key Skills
