Position: AI Automation Architect

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM PH Time Zone

Holidays to follow: Queensland, Australia (QLD)

Salary Budget: Php 150,000.00 – 250,000.00 gross salary package

Signing Bonus: Php 20,000.00 (terms and conditions apply)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Expert-level proficiency in tools such as Make (Integromat), n8n, Zapier, or equivalent low code/no-code automation platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript for building custom scripts, scrapers, and API integrations.
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience working with and integrating the leading AI platforms into real-world business workflows — specifically Manus AI, Open Interpreter (terminal-based AI execution), Anthropic / Claude AI, Google Gemini, and ChatGPT (OpenAI). Candidates must be able to demonstrate delivered projects using these tools, not just theoretical familiarity.
• Comfortable working in macOS Terminal and command-line environments. Experience deploying and managing AI-powered, team-based systems on Mac Mini hardware for systemised, office-wide functions is highly regarded.
• Ability to build robust, maintainable scrapers using tools such as Playwright, Puppeteer, BeautifulSoup, or Scrapy.
• Ability to design complex, multi-step automated systems that are scalable, fault tolerant, and well-documented.
• Understanding of commercial operations, ideally with an ability to grasp the fundamentals of construction, manufacturing, or supply chain logistics.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and systems thinking.
• Ability to understand commercial construction, procurement, manufacturing, or supply-chain processes quickly.
• Ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant, and well-documented systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to train and support non-technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Strategic Process Auditing & Systems Design:

• Conduct deep operational audits across all business units.
• Identify manual bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
• Design scalable operational systems that improve efficiency, visibility, and communication across the organisation.

B. Workflow Automation & Operational Optimisation:

• Build automated workflows for project management, reporting, internal communications, procurement tracking, and task delegation.
• Streamline cross-border procurement coordination between Australia and China-based sourcing teams.
• Develop scalable systems that reduce manual administration and improve operational accuracy.

C. AI Integration & Deployment:

• Integrate AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Manus AI, and Open Interpreter into business workflows.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify practical business applications.
• Build intelligent systems that automate decision-making support, content generation, reporting, and operational execution.

D. Tender Scraping & Market Intelligence:

• Develop web scraping and automated intelligence systems that monitor government and private tender portals.
• Build alert systems, APIs, and dashboards that surface relevant opportunities in real time.
• Deliver structured market intelligence to internal stakeholders.

E. Estimation & Bidding Automation:

• Design AI-assisted systems that improve cost estimation and tender preparation workflows.
• Assist teams in processing architectural plans, material lists, and project specifications more efficiently.
• Improve speed, consistency, and accuracy across commercial bidding processes.

F. Marketing & CRM Automation:

• Create intelligent lead generation pipelines and CRM enrichment systems.
• Automate email sequencing, content distribution, and client engagement workflows.
• Build systems that improve customer acquisition while reducing manual effort.

G. Project Delivery & Team Training:

• Take full ownership of deployment, implementation, and post-launch optimisation.
• Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials for internal teams.
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of systems.

H. Reporting & Automation ROI:

• Track and report measurable business outcomes from automation initiatives.
• Measure Return on Automation Investment (ROAI), including time savings, efficiency gains, and infrastructure costs.
• Present weekly progress reports and automation impact summaries to leadership.
