Position: Façade Designer

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Setup: Office-Based (Philexcel Clark, Pampanga)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM PH Time Zone

Holidays to follow: Philippine (PH)

Salary Budget: Php 60,000.00 – 70,000.00 gross salary package

Qualifications as a Façade Designer:

• Technical diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of façade design and drafting experience, including shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Previous experience working for a façade contractor or specialist façade subcontractor is strongly preferred.
• Strong experience working with façade systems such as curtain wall, windows, doors, louvers, skylights, and sheet metal cladding.
• Experience developing 3D models and fabrication drawings for manufacturing, ideally using parametric modelling and sheet metal design workflows.
• Highly competent in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. Working knowledge of Revit and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings, with the ability to translate design intent into coordinated shop drawings and manufacturing information.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
• Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and practical understanding of fabrication and installation requirements.

Your responsibilities as a Façade Designer would be:

• Prepare façade shop drawing submissions based on architectural and structural drawings, ensuring designs are coordinated and suitable for consultant review and approval.
• Produce accurate and comprehensive 2D technical drawings, including both shop drawings for construction and fabrication drawings for manufacturing.
• Review architectural, structural, and specification documents to develop coordinated façade details and system layouts.
• Develop parametric 3D models of façade components, assemblies, and systems to support fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Create Bill of Materials (BOM) and relevant fabrication information for production.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, site teams, and factory personnel to resolve design queries and ensure designs are practical for fabrication and installation.
