About the Role:
This is a full-time Assistant Outlet Manager role located in heart of Dubai in one of prestigious 5 star hotel. The Assistant Outlet Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer satisfaction, people management, communication, customer service, and inventory management at the outlet.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Support in scheduling and supervising staff; monitor performance and provide coaching or feedback.
- Maintain high standards of quality and service in line with company policies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and handling complaints professionally.
- Assist with inventory control, stock ordering, and minimizing waste.
- Oversee cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in the outlet
Skills:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in hospitality, retail, or similar environment.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Russian/German/French/Italian/Spanish are preferred.
