About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and organized Hostess to join our hospitality team. The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for welcoming them warmly, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to seating.

Responsibilities :

• Greet guests as they enter the establishment with a warm and friendly demeaner.
• Manage waiting lists and reservations using a booking system or manually as needed.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Monitor dining room activity to ensure optimal seating flow and guest satisfaction.
• Answer incoming calls related to reservations, directions, or general inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with servers and management regarding table availability, guest needs, or special occasions.
