About the job Performance Marketing Executive (KL, Remote)

Boxgreen is seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Executive to elevate our paid digital marketing campaigns. As a key player in our marketing team, you'll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across multiple platforms, directly impacting our growth and success.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Spearhead paid search and social campaigns across cutting-edge platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Implement data-driven optimizations for bid management, budget allocation, and overall campaign performance enhancement to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and execute strategic A/B testing plans to continually improve campaign effectiveness and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Drive performance initiatives for major e-commerce sales events (e.g., 7.7, 11.11, Black Friday).

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis and deliver actionable insights
  • Create comprehensive reports that effectively communicate campaign performance, trends, and opportunities
  • Identify market trends and growth opportunities to inform future strategies and drive efficiency in ad spend.
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture Analytics) for tracking, measurement, and comprehensive reporting.

Strategic Planning & Innovation:

  • Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies and roadmaps
  • Propose and lead innovative experiments and promotional campaigns to test new channels, audiences, and creative approaches
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new technologies and tactics

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand campaign assets
  • Handle ad hoc duties assigned by the manager

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid search and social campaigns.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords (SEM, Display) or Social Media campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Google/Omniture Analytics, and other web analytics tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
