General Construction Laborer



Summary: Our Construction Site is Inside of our Manufacturing Facility!! The General Construction Laborer will work inside of our facility by framing / carpentry work, installing interior finishes, and installing Luan applications. We are hiring multiple positions for this role and are looking for experienced laborers in the construction field. 

Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand construction drawings, blueprints, and tape measure. 
  • Install wooden/metal structures like roofing frames, partitions, joists, and stud work.
  • Inspect framework for defects and make necessary corrections.
  • Ensure proper installation of roofing materials to prevent leaks, using various materials and sealants.
  • Follow screw patterns for uniformity and inspect work for minor defects.
  • Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
  • Follow assembly instructions for building components and communicate safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Utilize nail guns, hammers, and hand tools for molding and fixture installation.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and uphold principles of honesty and integrity.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous commercial construction experience preferred.
