Position Overview:

We're looking for a talented Revit Drafter with 2+ years of experience to join our growing design and production team. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Revit, detail-oriented, and passionate about modular construction. You'll help translate ideas into detailed 3D models and shop drawings that drive real-world builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Revit models and technical drawings for modular commercial structures
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, engineers, and fabrication teams
• Interpret and update design documents based on change orders, client feedback, and project developments
• Create and maintain construction documentation and shop drawings
• Manage and organize project files and drawing revisions throughout the design lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and project specifications

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional drafting experience using Revit
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of construction methods and materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with local building codes (preferred but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
