About the Role:
Boxman Studios is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Purchasing Specialist to support our innovative modular construction projects. You'll handle sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of materials and services ensuring our projects stay on track, on budget, and at the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials and services
• Analyze blueprints/specs to determine material needs and perform take-offs
• Create and manage purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries
• Audit shipments and resolve delivery/invoice discrepancies
• Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing/contracts
• Collaborate with finance and production teams to support project timelines

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in purchasing/procurement in construction preferably
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate take-offs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant degree preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
