Industrial Painter Join Our Team!
Location: On-site | Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Industrial Painter to help bring large-scale projects to life. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for painting industrial buildings, ensuring surfaces are expertly prepped, protected, and finished to meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team leads to understand project requirements and offer expert guidance

  • Prep surfaces by washing, sanding, caulking, and filling holes or cracks

  • Apply primer, paint, stain, and sealants using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

  • Set up and dismantle scaffolding and ventilators as needed for job safety

  • Mask and protect non-painted surfaces (floors, trim, equipment, etc.)

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Keep accurate inventory of materials and ensure equipment is cleaned after use

  • Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times

  • Perform additional tasks and assist other team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • 2+ years of experience in auto body painting or industrial painting

  • Strong attention to detail and color accuracy

  • Physically able to crouch, bend, and work overhead for extended periods

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Proficient with painting tools, including caulking guns

  • Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-minded
