We're seeking a Construction Manager who not only excels at managing project timelines and budgets but also thrives in client-facing situations. In this role, you'll be the go-to liaison between our clients and internal teams ensuring every build exceeds expectations.

This is an ideal role for someone who combines technical construction expertise with a polished, professional approach to customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction process
  • Lead all project planning, estimation, and scheduling efforts for new builds
  • Host and manage meetings with franchise clients, engineers (Structural, MEP, Civil), General Contractors, and internal teams
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage subcontractor contracts
  • Oversee labor, materials, and resources to optimize timelines and budgets
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot issues before they impact schedules or customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure work meets Boxman quality standards and client expectations
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all project phases
  • Track progress against goals, and communicate updates clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure all projects meet OSHA and other applicable safety standards
  • Utilize project management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.) for planning and tracking

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of construction management experience, preferably in commercial or modular builds
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in leading client conversations
  • Excellent multitasking ability with a commitment to responsiveness and follow-through
  • Deep knowledge of building systems, construction processes, and code compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and construction management platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
  • Ability to work on-site in Mount Holly, NC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 / year

Schedule:
