We've processed 1,000,000+ packages, and serve 1000+ active merchants.
The Opportunity
We're hiring Sales Growth Interns for a 3-month paid program. This is not a typical internship — you will do real sales work, work real leads, and compete for permanent positions on the Boxy Growth Team.

What You'll Do
Learn Boxy's value-based selling methodology — used by the Growth Team to onboard Iraq's top e-commerce merchants
Make outbound calls and run discovery conversations with SMB merchants across Baghdad and Iraq
Book and conduct product demonstrations for Boxy's platform
Manage a personal CRM pipeline in Pipedrive and track all activity
Hit weekly and monthly KPIs: calls made, demos booked, merchants activated
Participate in daily standups, weekly coaching sessions, and team training
Who We're Looking For
Recent graduates (any field — attitude > degree)
Fearless on the phone — you don't mind rejection and bounce back fast
Competitive — you want to be top 2, not just participate
Fluent in Arabic; English is a plus
Familiar with Iraqi e-commerce / social commerce ecosystem (bonus)
Prior sales, customer service, or persuasion experience is a plus — not required
