Role Overview
We are looking for a Content & Brand Associate who thinks like an owner, creates like a storyteller, and executes like a startup operator.
This role is not just about posting on Instagram.
You will:
Shape how Boxy is perceived in the market
Manage social presence and PR
Coordinate with agencies and designers
Translate complex logistics + AI into simple, powerful narratives
Build Boxys voice across channels
This is a hands-on role with high visibility and real ownership.
What Youll Be Responsible For
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Create high-quality content across:
LinkedIn
Instagram
Website
Email campaigns
Case studies
Merchant stories
Product updates
Translate operational wins into powerful stories
Develop scripts for videos, reels, and thought-leadership content
Build founder-brand content (CEO/CTO positioning)
Social Media Management
Manage content calendar end-to-end
Schedule, publish, and monitor posts
Track engagement and growth metrics
Turn insights into smarter content decisions
Actively engage with followers, merchants, and ecosystem players
PR & Brand Positioning
Coordinate PR opportunities
Draft press releases and announcements
Identify media opportunities and startup ecosystem events
Support award submissions and ecosystem exposure
Ensure brand consistency across all public communication
Agency & Designer Alignment
- Work directly with:
External marketing agencies
Designers
Videographers
Freelancers
Brief clearly and professionally
Review deliverables and ensure quality
Maintain visual and tone consistency
Own brand guidelines
Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute:
Product launches
Merchant acquisition campaigns
Carrier campaigns
Hiring campaigns
Align marketing initiatives with Sales, Product, and Ops teams
Measure ROI of campaigns
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with:
CEO
Sales team
Operations
Product
Convert internal wins into external storytelling
Capture case studies from real merchants
What Were Looking For
Skills & Experience
2–5 years experience in marketing, content, or branding
Strong writing skills (Arabic & English preferred)
Experience managing social media professionally
Experience coordinating with agencies or freelancers
Ability to turn complex topics into simple narratives
Strong organizational skills
Mindset (Very Important)
