Job Description:
They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor with expertise in handling Asbestosis Claims. 

Responsibilities:(Not exhaustive)
- Manage a caseload of Asbestosis Claims, from initial consultation to settlement or trial, ensuring the highest level of client representation and service.
- Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and assess the viability of claims.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, explaining their rights, options, and potential outcomes.
- Collaborate with medical experts, witnesses, and other professionals to build a strong case.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties, insurance companies, and other relevant stakeholders
