We're seeking a seasoned Senior Associate to enhance our clients Corporate Division in Guernsey. If you have a flair for corporate law and a drive to excel, this role is for you!

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and oversee diverse corporate matters.

- Provide top-tier legal counsel to clients and draft essential documents.

- Evaluate external documents, offering insightful feedback.

- Mentor and guide junior team members.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client matters.

**Candidate Profile:**

- Relevant legal qualifications, preferably from a common law background.

- At least five years of post-qualification experience, but all skilled candidates are welcome.

- Comprehensive knowledge in Corporate, Business & Finance, and Regulatory sectors.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
