Resource Manager
Job Description:
We are working closely with a local authority in Liverpool to assist with the appointment of a Resource Manager, on a 3-months contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £28.16- £38.00 per hour
Summary:
The Resource Manager (Registered Nurse) is the Registered Manager for Millvina House Dementia Nursing Home and is responsible for providing strategic, clinical, and operational leadership within an integrated Adult Health and Social Care service. The postholder ensures the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate, and person-centred residential and nursing care for adults with dementia and complex health needs, in accordance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, National Minimum Care Standards, and professional nursing standards.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the CQC Registered Manager for the nursing home, ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and professional requirements.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with Liverpool City Council policies, Adult Social Care objectives, and best practice.
- Ensure delivery of safe, effective, responsive, caring, and well-led services in line with Care Quality Commission (CQC) Fundamental Standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, infection prevention requirements, and risk management procedures.
- Lead the service through inspections, audits, and quality assurance reviews, ensuring continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse qualification (Adult Nursing or Mental Health Nursing).
Essentials:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Significant post-registration experience within adult nursing, dementia care, residential care, or nursing home services.
- Experience working as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a regulated care setting.

- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an Enhanced DBS
