We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Vale of Glamorgan to assist with the appointment of a Maintenance Officer, on a 6-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £16.60 - £21.17 per hour

Summary:

The Maintenance Officer will carry out a variety of painting tasks and should be willing to diversify into other duties when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works to a high standard
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working condition
• Support other trades when required and respond flexibly to maintenance needs

Essential Requirements:

• Level 2 qualification in Painting and Decorating
• Full UK Driving Licence
