We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of an Estate Enhancement Project Operative, on a 2-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £18.70 - £23.80 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Deliver enhancement projects such as creating boxed planters, painting, pressure washing, and window cleaning
• Carry out gutter and basic grounds maintenance
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard
• Maintain a tidy, safe working area and handle equipment responsibly
• Engage with residents in a professional and respectful manner

Requirements:

• Proficient in carpentry, painting, and general property maintenance
• Experience using pressure washers and cleaning tools
• Basic understanding of grounds and building upkeep
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage workload effectively

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
• You should have right to work in U.K
• This role requires a Basic DBS
