Rate of Pay: £146.05 - £192.71 per day

Summary:

Deliver high-quality electrical repairs, maintenance, and compliance work across residential properties. Ensure safe, well-maintained homes while providing an excellent, resident-focused service.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, inspections, and testing
• Diagnose faults and complete work efficiently (first-time fix)
• Complete reports and update systems using mobile devices
• Deliver work within agreed timescales and quality standards
• Participate in emergency and out-of-hours rota

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) with AM2/AM2E
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or 2395)

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance/installation
• Strong knowledge of regulations and safety standards (e.g. NICEIC)
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work on-call/out-of-hours rota
• Full UK driving licence
