Partnership Support Officer
Job Description:
We are working closely with Sefton MBC to assist with the appointment of a Partnership Support Officer, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £17.44 - £22.97 per hour
Summary:
The Partnership Support Officer will provide effective administrative and coordination support to Sefton's Domestic Abuse Partnership Board and Sefton's Community Safety Partnership – Safer Sefton Together Partnership, helping them deliver their statutory, strategic and assurance functions. The role will support partnership meetings and sub-groups, coordinate actions and activities, assist with the Domestic Homicide Review process, contribute to strategies and reports, and support the collection and management of partnership information and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, communicate and coordinate activities for the Domestic Abuse Partnership Board.
- Organise meeting invitations, venues, papers and associated arrangements.
- Record accurate meeting notes and circulate minutes and papers within agreed timescales.
- Maintain systematic meeting records, paperwork and action trackers.
- Maintain, develop and review partnership documentation, including Information Sharing Agreements and Terms of Reference.
- Support the production of the Domestic Abuse Strategy and Safer Sefton Together community safety plan.
Qualification:
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
Essentials:
- Relevant experience in partnership administration, community safety, domestic abuse, safeguarding or a related area will be advantageous.
- Experience of working with a range of agencies and professionals.
- Experience of using IT systems to maintain accurate records.
- Experience of managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
- Experience of financial and meeting/partnership administration.
