Senior Systems and Data Analyst
Job Description:
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Tower Hamlets to assist with the appointment of a Senior Systems and Data Analyst, on a 6-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £31.08 - £40.99 per hour
Summary:
The Senior Systems and Data Analyst will lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of system and data solutions, ensuring that service transformation requirements are effectively translated into technical delivery. Working closely with stakeholders across social care, early help, education, and partner agencies, the role will ensure that system changes, reporting solutions, and workflows are fully embedded and support high-quality frontline practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, delivery, and monitoring of system and data workstreams within the programme.
- Translate operational and practice requirements into system specifications and technical solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement workflows, forms, and templates within the Mosaic case management system.
- Build, test, and deploy system changes ensuring alignment with service needs and best practice.
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor performance, demand, and service outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting outputs.
Essentials:
- Strong experience configuring and developing workflows within Mosaic or similar case management systems.
- In-depth understanding of children's services, including safeguarding, early help, and family support pathways.
- Proven experience delivering system and data transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in developing reports and dashboards.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into practical system solutions.
