Project Support Officer
Job Description:
We are working closely with Wirral MBC to assist with the appointment of a Project Support Officer, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £14.73 - £18.98 per hour
Summary:
The Project Support Officer role will support the development and delivery of high-quality and timely Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), while ensuring effective collation of information, communication, monitoring and auditing procedures are maintained in line with statutory requirements and corporate policies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective project and administrative support to the SEND Service.
- Support the development and timely delivery of high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Assist in ensuring the Council meets its statutory duties under Part 3 of the Children and Families Act 2014.
- Coordinate and collate information from relevant professionals, services and stakeholders.
- Support effective communication across the SEND service and with partner agencies.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and information systems.
Essentials:
- Experience of working in an administrative, project support or coordination role.
- Experience of working within a local authority, education, health or social care environment is desirable.
- Understanding of SEND services, EHCP processes and relevant statutory requirements would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of information management, record keeping and auditing procedures.
- Good IT and data management skills.
