Customer Wellbeing Call Agent

We are working closely alongside with Nottingham Community Housing Association to assist with the appointment of a Customer Wellbeing Call Agent on a 1-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £14.18- £18.62 per hour

Summary:

NCHA is seeking dedicated individuals to join their 24/7 Customer Experience Centre on a temporary basis to support a high volume of calls for the 111 Mental Health service. In this critical role, you will be the voice of NCHA's wellbeing helplines, delivering services that truly impact social value. You will primarily respond to calls from service users experiencing moments of crisis or mental health issues, providing emotional support, signposting to relevant services, and identifying opportunities to improve user safeguarding. The work style for the role is Office based.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with contact from service users experiencing moments of crisis, providing emotional support and signposting services
  • Identify opportunities to improve the safeguarding of users that access the services
  • Respond to and manage all alarms and notifications from Assistive Technology, liaising with third-party services (e.g., Police and NHS staff) when an emergency requires it.
  • Ensure that system information remains accurate in terms of record keeping and administration.
  • Provide a range of out of hours services to NCHA/external partners relative to Customer Experience

Essentials:

  • Working knowledge of and demonstrable experience of working on Wellbeing Helplines (e.g., Samaritans, EMAS, 111).
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced contact centre environment with demanding priorities.
  • Demonstrable awareness of Mental Health issues
  • Demonstrable experience of identifying opportunities to improve service user safeguarding and reporting outcomes for service delivery

  • You should have right to work in U.K
  • This role requires Standard DBS
