Overview

Our client is seeking a driven and dynamic Sales & Business Development Associate to join their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, international environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships, driving growth, and shaping innovative solutionsparticularly within the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, managing them through to deal closure.
  • Take full ownership of assigned accounts while contributing innovative ideas to enhance sales strategies.
  • Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Lead negotiations to completion, representing the business with professionalism.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and track developments in the field service management sector.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers, partners, and industry associations, and represent the company at trade shows and events.

Experience Required:

  • A degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in sales, product management, or IT consulting.
  • A strong interest in digital products and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical topics confidently.
  • Proven negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing situations.
  • 12 years of B2B experience in IT or SaaS (advantageous but not essential).
