Our client is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and connecting with high-potential prospects, supporting the companys continued growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
- Design and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn outreach, inbound strategies, etc.)
- Qualify and manage both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring alignment with the companys target customer profile
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging and optimize lead nurturing processes
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously improve lead generation strategies
- Represent the company at industry and tech events (both online and in person) to network and identify new opportunities
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
Experience required:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, ideally within the tech or SaaS sector
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, lead generation tools, and sales enablement platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a strong focus on measurable results
- Familiarity with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer persona development
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently
