What Youll Be Doing

  • Identify and win new clients across construction, renewables (wind/solar), utilities & infrastructure
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close
  • Build and manage a strong, qualified pipeline
  • Develop proposals, pricing models & tailored service scopes
  • Hit and exceed revenue targets
  • Account Development
  • Engage senior stakeholders (Project Managers, Asset Managers, Engineering, H&S)
  • Act as the key commercial contact for major accounts
  • Drive upsell & cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure seamless handover to operations
  • Market Engagement
  • Represent the business at industry events
  • Track market trends, pricing & competitor activity
  • Feed commercial insight into service development & go-to-market strategy

What Were Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales success in construction, renewable energy, engineering, infrastructure, or industrial services
  • Strong deal-closing track record
  • Commercially astute — confident pricing solutions
  • Excellent communicator & negotiator
  • Full driving licence with willingness to travel across Ireland
  • Highly Desirable
  • Experience selling drone, surveying, inspection or data-led solutions
  • Network within Irish construction or renewables
  • Knowledge of compliance-heavy environments
  • Understanding of GIS, asset management or inspection workflows

Salary up to €50,000 per annum plus €10,000 performance related bonus.
