Fullstack Developer (Infrastructure)

With new owners, a new CEO, a new Head of Product from big tech, and a bold rebrand were creating a product-led business with a mission to reinvent regtech.

The role
Were looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who loves building products end to end; someone who can take an idea from whiteboard to production and cares about doing it right. This is a hands-on role focused on shipping high-quality applications that solve real problems for financial firms: clean, scalable backends in TypeScript and intuitive, elegant React frontends.

You wont be lost in infrastructure or buried in red tape, this role is about building, influencing architecture, and shaping our engineering culture as we migrate to AWS and modernize our platform.

What youll do

• Design, build, and ship scalable applications across the stack (backend in TypeScript/Node.js, frontend in React, all on AWS).
• Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex regulatory workflows into seamless, user-friendly experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and secure code that scales gracefully.
• Influence our technical strategy, architecture decisions, and best practices as we evolve the platform.
• Help shape a collaborative, pragmatic engineering culture that values quality, autonomy, and learning.
• 5+ years of full stack experience, youre fluent in both backend and frontend development.
• Deep experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern backend frameworks (Node.js, Express, NestJS, etc.).
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing services on AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS, CloudFront, etc.).
• Strong understanding of API design, data modelling, and secure application development.
• A builders mindset: you like solving problems, shipping things, and making them better.
• Bonus points for experience in fintech, regtech, or integrating LLMs/AI features into products.
