Overview

Were looking for a Financial Systems Support Analyst to help keep the finance platforms running smoothly from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to key integrated systems. Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, youll provide hands-on technical and functional support to Group Finance and users across multiple jurisdictions. Youll troubleshoot issues, optimise system performance, and help deliver regular updates and enhancements with minimal disruption.

What Youll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support for Dynamics 365 Business Central and other finance applications.
  • Maintain and improve integrations across finance and connected systems.
  • Act as a key technical contact for troubleshooting, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate testing and deployment of system updates and enhancements.
  • Assist with configuration, data validation, and system improvements.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners (including Microsoft specialists) to deliver changes.
  • Support cross-functional projects focused on automation, accuracy, and process efficiency.

What Youll Bring

Essential

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (super user or support role).
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of databases and system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL).
  • Proven analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP financial modules.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of XML, XSL, PowerShell.
  • Experience with Python or C#.
  • Understanding of API-based integrations and financial data flows.
