About the job ServiceNow Principal Architect

The Enterprise Architect – ServiceNow Architect is responsible for defining and governing the enterprise architecture strategy for all ServiceNow streams across . This includes IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), Security Operations (SecOps), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), and the underlying platform capabilities. The role ensures that ServiceNow solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment:
Align ServiceNow architecture across all streams with enterprise strategy and digital roadmap.
Architecture Development:
Create and maintain architecture blueprints and roadmaps for ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, HRSD, CSM, and platform components.
Governance & Compliance:
Define standards and enforce governance for all ServiceNow implementations, ensuring security, regulatory compliance, and adherence to policies.
Solution Design & Integration:
Architect end-to-end solutions for workflows, automation, and integrations with ERP, identity management, analytics, and third-party systems.
Performance & Optimization:
Drive optimization across all ServiceNow modules, ensuring high availability, performance, and advanced reporting capabilities.
Innovation & Advisory:
Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow best practices, emerging features, and roadmap planning for all functional streams.

Required Skills & Competencies
Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, HRSD, CSM, and platform capabilities.
Strong understanding of IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
Proven experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
