Position Summary

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, from planning through execution and closure
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies

  • Track progress using project management tools and ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and achievements to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years of proven experience managing projects in a professional setting
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
  • Proficiency in tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Experience managing distributed or remote teams
  • Background in technology, operations, or business transformation projects
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Annual Bonus: Typically 10% – 20% of base salary
