Remote Project Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of key projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to driving successful outcomes.

Primary Duties

• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate team activities
• Establish timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Track project performance and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

Compensation & Bonus

• Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000 annually
• Annual Bonus: Typically 10% – 20% of base salary
