About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM & Lead Management Specialist to support a busy real estate team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of CRM organization, lead follow-up, and task management while ensuring automation workflows run smoothly. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and experience working with real estate tools such as KV Core and/or BoldTrail.
Key Responsibilities

CRM Management: Clean, organize, and maintain the CRM (KV Core / BoldTrail) to ensure accurate data and efficient workflow.

Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with pending leads through calls, texts, and emails to maximize conversion opportunities.

Database Cleanup: Manage overdue tasks (70+ currently) and ensure all leads are updated with proper notes and statuses.

Automation Oversight: Monitor and maintain CRM automation workflows to ensure leads continue moving through the pipeline.

Task Management: Keep tasks updated, assign reminders, and ensure timely execution.

Marketing Support: Assist with property marketing activities for active listings (sales and rentals).
Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate CRM management (KV Core / BoldTrail preferred).

Strong ability to manage lead databases, workflows, and follow-ups.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Familiarity with text-based outreach tools and general lead generation methods.

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling a high volume of tasks.

(Preferred) Background in real estate support or property marketing.
