About the Role

Were looking for a Project Manager to join our Ads Team and work closely with the Ads Director and an Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized someone who ensures campaigns, deliverables, and documentation all run seamlessly from start to finish. You'll play a key role in keeping the team on track, ensuring deadlines are met, systems are updated, and internal communication stays smooth and transparent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all documentation is properly maintained and up to date.
  • Oversee and confirm that all ads related tools are functioning correctly.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure projects and campaigns are launched on schedule.
  • Maintain naming conventions and organization of campaign assets and folders in Google Drive. Also maintain marketing logs, client case studies, best ads.
  • Ensure 30-day plans are created, reviewed, and delivered on time.
  • Ensure Weekly updates are coming in on time.
  • Keep Asana updated with all tasks, timelines, and status updates.
  • Co-ordinate sprint planning sessions and ensure the team adheres to agreed priorities.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, including setting up accesses, tracking tools, and
    shared resources.
  • Coordinate creative delivery and ensure assets are shared with account
    managers/clients on time.
  • Ensure Meta billing sheets and related budget documents are updated accurately and
    on schedule.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in project management or operations within a marketing,
    creative, or tech team.
  • Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com,
    ClickUp
    ).
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ads or media-buying knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
